Bend fuel line like a pro

I am getting better at matching or surpassing factory quality here. Working on a car doesn't have to be stressful and it can be therapeutic for some people.

I came up with a technique for matching factory fuel lines saving myself the costliness of pre-bent fuel lines.

Here is how I did it and now you can too.

First thing you need to do is get some inexpensive wire. I bought from Farm & Fleet 1lb of Professional Welding electrodes for under $7.00 KT Industries RG-45 3/32" Model Number: 1-5132

Then what you do is get under the car and bend to match existing fuel line. This material is very easy to work with and bends nice and is easily bent back straight if needed.

After that tape the wire to your new fuel line and start matching bends. Take your time and you'll be extremely happy with your results. This is the primary Feed Fuel Line which is 5/16" in Diameter. The return line is smaller. I won't be wasting time and money on the existing return line since my Holley Performance Fuel pump doesn't have a return anyways.
